The project introduces North Development’s Domus FLATS model and features a 4,200-square-foot lobby, along with amenities such as a gourmet market, fitness center, steam room, and rooftop pool deck. The building also includes the flagship location of Ludlow Coffee Supply and is operated by North Management.

Project Overview

North Development has completed and opened Domus Brickell Park, its first Miami development. The property introduces the Domus FLATS model, described as a combination of hotel and residential features. The 12-story building includes 171 fully furnished units, with layouts ranging from studios to two-bedroom residences. Each unit is equipped with appliances, quartz countertops, and modern fixtures. The building’s design is by Zyscovich, with interiors by Urban Robot Associates.

The property’s 4,200-square-foot lobby includes a gathering lounge and the new flagship location of Ludlow Coffee Supply, which offers coffee and baked goods during the day and transitions to a bar and dinner service in the evening. Additional amenities include a gourmet market, fitness center, steam room, rooftop pool deck with cabanas, daybeds, and a hot tub, and access to a bike-share program. The Domus App provides mobile check-ins, digital keys, on-demand services, and access to booking platforms, including Marriott Bonvoy and Hyatt.

North Management operates Domus Brickell Park, managing hospitality services for residents and guests. The management company oversees programming, bookings, and on-demand services for the property.
