Tiësto and Sara Landry to headline Edmonton’s massive Halloween rave this year

1 April 20263 Mins Read

Scream is coming back to Edmonton with an even bigger and better production. This nightlife event began 26 years ago in a hall across from a hospital, and now it’s a Canadian staple. Scream is Edmonton’s premier Halloween rave event, which takes over the Edmonton Expo Centre each year.

For two nights, you can experience a transformed Expo Centre with four stages of music, various food vendors, bars, merchandise, and more.

The lineup for this year’s showcase has just been released, and tickets will be going on sale soon. Don’t worry, though, we have all the details for you.

What to expect

There are a couple of new things in place for this year’s Scream event, following issues guests had with last year’s show.

First things first is an expanded footprint. With a large venue layout including indoor queuing, wider walkways and expanded amenities, you can anticipate an easier time making your way through the centre. Not only this, but improved entry flow was a priority, so there will be redesigned entry points with multiple lanes, ensuring a fast entry for all.

The lineup for 2026 is absolutely incredible. I was shocked to see Sara Landry is slated to perform, as well as huge names like Alesso, Tiësto, and Kream. For a full list of the artists performing this year, check out the lineup on Scream’s website.

As usual, there will be four stages taking over the centre: Elm Street, Camp Crystal Lake, Monsterhaus, and Sanctuary. Each stage has a different sound and vibe, with Camp Crystal Lake taking over the drum and bass sounds while Sanctuary dominates techno and trance.

As for tickets, pre-sale begins on Friday, April 3, at 10 a.m. MST. General on-sale tickets begin Tuesday, April 7, at 10 a.m. MST.

There are four different ticket types: GA, GA plus, VIP, and Ultra VIP. Higher ticket tiers include amenities like fast entry, dedicated areas and washrooms, and stage access for those Ultra VIP ticket holders.

Are you excited for this year’s show? I couldn’t be more thrilled, especially with the amazing artists coming to Edmonton this October.

Mark your calendars. You won’t want to miss this Halloween party.

When: Friday, Oct. 230, 2026, and Saturday, Oct. 31, 2026
Time: 7 p.m. to 3 a.m.
Where: Edmonton Expo Centre — 7515 118th Ave. NW, Edmonton, Alta.
Cost: TBA
