Vancouver Easter Brunch Buffets | Vancouver’s Best Places Canada Reviews

1 April 20268 Mins Read

On Easter Sunday each year a number of Vancouver restaurants offer fancy Easter brunch buffets. They are very popular, and often sell out well in advance.

In 2026 Easter Sunday is on April 5th. If you want to treat your family or friends to a delicious brunch, it’s best to book your spot as soon as you can.

Some of the top places for Sunday brunch on the Easter Long Weekend include H2 Kitchen + Bar at the Westin Bayshore Hotel, and P2B Bistro at the Pinnacle Harbourfront. There are lots of other fabulous brunch spots too, including the Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier in North Vancouver and the Dockside Restaurant on Granville Island. Continue reading to learn about these and other best places to go.

This article contains the following information about brunch buffets in Vancouver:

Easter in Vancouver

Lots of places offer brunch menus year-round, and a small number offer buffets. Some of the fanciest buffet brunches, though, take place on Easter Sunday.

Easter is a popular time for friends and families to get together, and brunch is a wonderful way to do that (and spoil yourself in the process).

Below is a list of some of the region’s top places for Easter brunch buffets in Vancouver.

(Note: Venues, times, prices and other details are subject to change. See each restaurant’s website for exact information or confirm details when making your reservation.)

Easter Bunny at Notch8 Restaurant

Brunch Buffets near Canada Place and Coal Harbour

  • Arc – Easter at the restaurant at the Fairmont Waterfront Hotel offers a “bottomless brunch” from 11:30 am until 2:30 pm. The restaurant brings the food to you, and you can have as much as you want. Each table also receives a giant chocolate Easter egg. The cost in 2026 is $105 for adults and $53 for children (ages 6 to 12). Under 5’s eat for free.
  • Oceans 999 – the restaurant at the Pan Pacific Hotel at Canada Place serves one of the region’s largest brunch buffets at Easter. In 2026, the buffet costs $125 for adults. The menu is available from 10:30 am until 2:30 pm in 2026, featuring a special visit from the Easter Bunny.
  • P2B Bistro – this restaurant is located at the Pinnacle Hotel Waterfront at 1133 West Hastings Street (so close to Coal Harbour and the Vancouver Convention Centre). This year’s Easter Sunday brunch features breakfast pastries, Easter sweets, and both a cold and a hot station. The cost is $49 for adults and $25 for children (ages 6 to 12), which is a really great deal compared to other venues! The buffet runs between 10:30 am and 1:00 pm on April 5th 2026.
  • H2 Kitchen + Bar – this buffet begins at 11:30 am at the Westin Bayshore Hotel (so at the Coal Harbour waterfront) in 2026. The cost is $99 for adults and $45 for children ages 6 to 11. The buffet features a selection of hot and cold items, including eggs, pancakes, seafood, a chocolate fountain and more. For general information about the restaurant, see our article on H2 Kitchen + Bar. Its brunches are really good, and for kids, the Easter Bunny is in the hotel lobby the same day.

Other Downtown Vancouver Easter Brunch Buffet Restaurants

Other downtown Vancouver restaurants offering brunch buffets on Easter Sunday include the following:

  • Notch8 – this restaurant is located in the iconic Fairmont Vancouver Hotel at 900 West Georgia Street. Its Easter brunch in 2026 is on Sunday, April 5th, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. This year the cost is $136 for adults and $86 for children. The menu includes salads, salmon, charcuterie and more. There are also eggs, bacon, pastries and a variety of desserts.

Note: An equally popular occasion for brunch buffets is Mother’s Day which takes place on May 10th in 2026. Click Mother’s Day Brunches for details about brunch venues on that date. See our article about Father’s Day Brunches and Dinners to learn about similar specials on Father’s Day.

H2 Kitchen & Bar

Brunch in North Vancouver

The Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier in North Vancouver has two different restaurants. On Easter weekend in 2026, Pier 7 (at 25 Wallace Mews) offers its regular weekend brunch.

At the Pinnacle Hotel at the Pier, in 2026 is the Easter Sunday Brunch Buffet. It takes place inside the hotel’s ballroom from 10:00 am until 2:30 pm. The buffet includes omelettes, pancakes, prime rib, dessert, and so much more. Adults cost $72 each, whereas children ages 4 to 10 cost $25 each. Little kids aged 3 and under can eat for free. Click Pinnacle Ballroom Easter Sunday Brunch for more information about the buffet.

Things to Consider

When choosing where to go for Easter brunch, there are several factors to consider. Below are a few of them.

Suggestions on Getting There

  • Wherever you park, make sure you can stay for a long enough time so you’re not rushed. Put more money in the meter than you think you’ll need, or pay by phone so you can add time if needed.
  • Is the venue close to public transit in case you want to leave the car behind? Downtown Vancouver venues are generally fairly convenient to get to.
  • Are there interesting things to do in the area? If the weather is good, is there a nice place to go for a stroll either before or after your meal? Downtown Vancouver is full of interesting places to visit and walk around, including the False Creek Seawall and Coal Harbour Seawall.
  • Be sure to give yourself lots of time to get to your restaurant and find parking. The last thing you’ll want on Easter Day is a stressful start to your outing, so plan to arrive early (and then maybe go for a leisurely stroll beforehand).

Tips on Choosing Your Restaurant

TIP #1: What are the restaurant’s ratings? All of the restaurants we’ve listed above average around 4 out of 5 or higher, pretty consistently.

TIP #2: Does the price include taxes and tip? Taxes at most places are extra. Some places automatically add the gratuity to the bill, especially for groups of eight or more. In other places, for smaller groups, you can usually tip as much as you want, though not always. Either way, before paying your bill and adding your tip, make sure it’s not already included.

TIP #3: Are there kid-friendly menu items? Probably, especially if your child likes breakfast foods like scrambled eggs and pancakes. Some places offer extra favourites too, though, like chicken fingers and macaroni (which you might not normally associate with a fancy buffet).

TIP #4: Do very young children have to pay? It makes sense for children as young as 4 or so to pay half price, but should children as young as 2 or less have to pay that much, too? In some cases, perhaps, like to compensate staff for all the food on the floor.

Other Things to Consider

TIP #5: Does the venue have set sitting times, or can you make your reservation for a wide variety of times? Is it flexible if you need to be?

TIP #6: Some restaurants require a credit card at the time of the reservation and will charge it if you don’t show up. Ask the restaurant how far in advance you’ll need to cancel if necessary.

TIP #7: Are tea, coffee and juice included, or do you have to pay extra for them? Simple beverages are usually included in the buffet price, but not always. Alcohol and special drinks are always extra.

TIP #8: Are most people in your party big eaters? If not, perhaps an à la carte menu venue would be better (unless, on average, you get more than your money’s worth because of a few extra hungry people in your party).

TIP #9: Don’t forget that, along with Mother’s Day, Easter Sunday is the most popular time of the year for brunch buffets. Therefore, be sure to reserve your table well in advance (especially for the most popular venues, like those we’ve listed above).
