Fairmont Hotels & Resorts has introduced six new experiences as part of its “Special Happens…” series, available for booking at properties worldwide. The new offerings are organized into four categories: “After Dark,” “In the Wild,” “Around the Table,” and “In the Spotlight.”

The Great Wall of China Iconic Helicopter Tour at Fairmont Beijing, scheduled to launch in 2026, includes a private helicopter flight over the Great Wall, limousine transfer to the hotel, a two-night stay in a Fairmont Gold Studio King with lounge access, a private mixology masterclass, and a curated dining experience at CUT by Chef Peter Kang.

Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge has introduced the Foraging Flight: An Indigenous-Led Helicopter & Culinary Journey. This full-day experience features a helicopter tour guided by Indigenous Knowledge Keeper Lauren Moberly, a picnic, foraging for wild botanicals, and a private, multi-course dinner at the resort, featuring ingredients gathered during the journey.

The Acacia Horizon Experience at Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club offers a guided walk with naturalists to a secluded acacia deck within the Mount Kenya Wildlife Conservancy, including wildlife viewing and a curated dining event.

In the “After Dark” category, Fairmont Wuhan is offering a Night Tour of the Yellow Crane Tower in Hanfu Costume. Participants wear traditional Hanfu attire, travel by limousine to the Yellow Crane Tower, attend a light and sound show, and return to the hotel for a signature cocktail.

Fairmont Tazi Palace Tangier will host an Evening Under the Solar Eclipse on August 12. The event includes exclusive terrace access, live jazz, a Polaroid photo opportunity, a private tasting of themed cuisine and cocktails, and observation of the solar eclipse.

Fairmont St Andrews in Scotland has launched a celestial overnight experience. Guests are guided to an observation dome to view the night sky through a telescope, followed by a private chef-prepared meal. The experience continues with stargazing from the guest’s balcony, accompanied by a sparkling cocktail and rare Scottish whisky paired with local confections.
