Paris hotels reported their highest-ever March average daily rate (ADR) and revenue per available room (RevPAR) in 2026, according to preliminary data from CoStar. The market’s performance was boosted by a busy events calendar.
In March 2026, Paris hotels recorded an occupancy rate of 73.9%, down 1.3% year over year. ADR rose 7.8% to EUR 351.64, while RevPAR increased 6.5% to EUR 259.70.
Key events during the month included Paris Fashion Week, the ChangeNOW environmental and social conference, the Upperside World Congress tech event, and two concerts by Rosalia.
Fashion Week drove ADR to a monthly high of EUR 438.22 on Sunday, 8 March, and RevPAR to EUR 327.13 on Saturday, 7 March.
The highest occupancy rate of the month, 88.2%, was recorded on the second night of the ChangeNOW conference, Tuesday, 31 March.
Rosalia’s first concert on Wednesday, 18 March, pushed occupancy to 81.6%. The second concert on Friday, 20 March, coincided with the opening of the Saut Hermès show-jumping competition, driving ADR to EUR 372.54 and RevPAR to EUR 287.69.
