This Calgary boutique is bringing back its wildly popular stuff-a-bag event

21 April 20262 Mins Read

Your closet might not recover from this event, but your bank account will be completely okay. On Saturday, May 2, 27 Boutique is bringing back its Stuff-a-Bag Event, and it is basically a shopping free-for-all in the best way possible.

Taking place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., shoppers can fill a bag with clothing and accessories for one set price. You can choose your bag, head into the event space, and start packing it with as many pieces as you can fit.

If Stampede outfits have been on your mind lately, this is your chance to grab a few pieces and start putting together some early looks.

About the Stuff-a-Bag Event

The concept is easy to follow. When you arrive, you start by picking from three bag sizes: small for $75, large for $150, and extra large for $200. From there, it’s a challenge to see how much you can realistically fit inside.

Once you’re in, you can head into the stuffing zone where racks will be filled with a wide selection of clothing and accessories, including dresses, denim, layering pieces, knits, outerwear, handbags, and everyday wardrobe staples.

When you are finished, head to checkout, where the staff will scan your items, and you pay a single flat price. That’s it. No surprises, no calculations at the till.

If you’re looking to attend the event, tickets are available for $5 to help manage entry and reduce wait times. Ticket holders will get priority access, with walk-ins let in afterward.

The event will take place at TradeSpace Warehouse, with free parking available nearby. It’s important to note that there will be no change rooms at this event, so you’re encouraged to dress comfortably and be ready to try things on over your outfit.

This is the kind of event where self-control doesn’t really stand a chance. You go in for a “quick look,” and suddenly you’re strategizing how to zip the bag shut.

When: Saturday, May 2, 2026
Time: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: TradeSpace Warehouse – 4030 8th St. SE, Calgary, Alta.
Cost: $5
