In Brief: Cheval Collection appointed Antonenko as the company expands its portfolio through management contracts and enters the branded residences sector with properties in London and Dubai.

Antonenko joined Cheval Collection from Keystone Law, where she was a partner specializing in hospitality. Her experience includes more than 20 years of cross-border hospitality work, including in-house legal leadership at InterContinental Hotels Group and private-practice work advising hotel brands, owners, developers and operators.
Her previous advisory work has included assignments for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International and Cycas Hospitality. She specializes in hotel management, franchise and development agreements, portfolio restructuring, conversions and hotel operations.
Antonenko has advised on international transactions across EMEA. Her recent mandates included advising Wyndham Hotels & Resorts on brand expansion and development partnerships across South Asia. She has also been recognized in the Lexology Index as a Global Leader in Hospitality.
Antonenko will support Cheval Collection’s strategic development. The company’s portfolio exceeded 950 units following the March 2025 opening of Cheval Maison – Expo City Dubai.
Cheval Ladun Living, Cheval Collection’s first property in Saudi Arabia, is scheduled to open in Riyadh in 2027. Cheval Maison Sulaymaniyah, located near King Salman Park in central Riyadh, is scheduled to open in 2028.
