Huff, Niehaus & Associates Announces Sale of Quality Inn & Suites in Horse Cave, Kentucky

Huff, Niehaus & Associates, Inc., a hospitality real estate brokerage specializing exclusively in hotel investment properties, is pleased to announce the successful sale of the Quality Inn & Suites located in Horse Cave, KY. The hotel property was sold to the highest bidder at a court-ordered public auction.  Huff, Niehaus worked closely with the first mortgage holder and the Master Commissioner to bring multiple bidders to the table.  

The property, located at 425 Flint Ridge Road, sits along the I-65 corridor in south-central Kentucky, roughly midway between Louisville and Nashville and minutes from Mammoth Cave National Park, Kentucky Down Under Adventure Zoo, and Hidden River Cave — a stretch of the state that draws steady year-round leisure and highway traffic. This sale reflects the continued strength of hotel investment activity along the I-65 corridor. Assets near high-traffic drive-to leisure destinations like Mammoth Cave National Park continue to draw serious investor interest.
