Hilton has signed a franchise agreement with Arte Hoteles for Casa Verbena Madrid, an Outset Collection by Hilton property expected to open in late 2026 as the first Outset Collection by Hilton property in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
The hotel is planned for Calle de Preciados in central Madrid.
The property will have 45 guest rooms, a reception space and a breakfast area. It will be within walking distance of Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and Gran Vía, near cultural landmarks, shops and dining destinations.
Outset Collection by Hilton is part of Hilton’s collection-brand portfolio. The collection includes independent hotels, with each property retaining its own identity and connection to its location.
Casa Verbena Madrid will join other Hilton properties and projects in Spain, including the recently opened Hotel Palacio Bellas Artes San Sebastian, Curio Collection by Hilton, and the upcoming DoubleTree by Hilton Madrid Principe de Vergara and Cuber House Valencia, Curio Collection by Hilton.
