Allison Marion Named Vice President of People and Culture at EOS Hospitality

In Brief: EOS Hospitality has appointed Allison Marion as Vice President of People and Culture, responsible for overseeing human resources strategy for the company’s West Coast region.

EOS Hospitality has appointed Allison Marion as Vice President of People and Culture. In this role, Marion will oversee human resources strategy for the West Coast region, focusing on employee engagement, talent development, and fostering high-performing teams.

Marion brings more than a decade of human resources leadership experience in the hospitality industry. Most recently, she served as Area Director of Human Resources for Omni Hotels & Resorts in San Diego, supporting multiple properties across California and Arizona. Her responsibilities included leading strategic HR initiatives, developing and implementing training programs, and delivering engagement results across the region.

She began her hospitality career in operations, gaining experience in Food & Beverage, Front Office, and Housekeeping before transitioning into human resources. At Omni Hotels & Resorts, she held progressive leadership roles, including Director of Human Resources and Assistant Director of Human Resources in multiple markets, where she led recruitment, performance management, labor relations, and organizational development initiatives.

Marion has received industry recognition, including being named Hotel Executive of the Year by the San Diego County Lodging Association and receiving the All In Executive Award for Human Resources from Omni Hotels & Resorts.

In her new position, Marion will work with property-level and corporate leadership to support talent acquisition and organizational effectiveness for the West Coast region.

EOS Hospitality operates more than 60 hotels and resorts, totaling more than 10,145 keys across the United States.
