JLL Capital Markets arranged the refinancing of Bowie House, Auberge Collection, a 106-key, 192,052-square-foot hotel at 3700 Camp Bowie Blvd. in Fort Worth’s Cultural District.
JLL secured the floating-rate loan through MetLife for borrower Bowie Place Properties. The loan term is up to five years. The loan amount was not disclosed.
Bowie House opened in December 2023. The property is on the Camp Bowie Boulevard corridor and is the Cultural District’s first luxury boutique hotel. It operates under the Auberge Collection brand and has received two Michelin Keys.
The four-story hotel has 88 rooms and 18 suites, including a 2,250-square-foot signature suite. The property includes Bricks and Horses restaurant, The Bar at Bowie House, Ash Spa, a fitness center and an outdoor pool complex.
The hotel has 10,835 square feet of meeting and event space across six venues, including the 4,255-square-foot Silverton Room. Its interiors display nearly 400 pieces of curated artwork.
Bowie House is within walking distance of five museums, including the Kimbell Art Museum, the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth and the Amon Carter Museum of American Art. Dickies Arena and the Will Rogers Memorial Center are also nearby.
The Fort Worth Stockyards National Historical District is 4.5 miles from the hotel and includes twice-daily cattle drives and western entertainment venues. Texas Christian University is 3.5 miles from the property.
