Corinthia Announces Turks & Caicos Luxury Hotel and Residences Project

Corinthia Group and Carolina Partners Ltd. plan a hotel and residential development on Grace Bay in Turks & Caicos. The project will include a 50-suite Corinthia-branded hotel and fully serviced branded residences comprising beachfront villas, casitas and condominiums.

Corinthia Real Estate Ventures, or C-REV, will lead the development. C-REV is Corinthia Group’s real estate investment and development arm, led by managing partners Marcus Pisani and Alex Chazkel. Corinthia Hotels will manage the resort upon completion.

The site is on the last remaining undeveloped beachfront parcel on this stretch of Grace Bay. Karen Cummings, a managing member of Carolina Partners Ltd., first visited Turks and Caicos more than 25 years ago. Carolina Partners acquired its first parcel of land then, and additional parcels over the next 25 years.

Planned amenities include a spa and wellness center, multiple swimming pools, a beach club, restaurants, retail, padel courts and lifestyle experiences.

The architectural plans draw inspiration from the shallow waters of the Caicos Banks and include natural ventilation and connections between indoor and outdoor living areas. Plans also address the site’s beachfront location, architecture, landscape and natural coastal environment.

The project is proceeding toward formal planning approval, with construction currently expected to begin in 2027.

The Turks & Caicos development marks C-REV’s entry into North America and is the first in a series of projects the company is bringing forward in the region.

The development will be added to C-REV’s portfolio of hotel and residence properties in Europe, North America and the Middle East, including recently opened or announced projects in Malta; Italy, including Rome, Lake Como and Tuscany; the Maldives; North America; and the Middle East.
