Costco’s New Burrata Salad Is an Easy Side for Busy Weeknight Dinners

The new burrata salad, Costco item #16942, is sold by weight for $7.99 per pound, with most containers coming in at around $18, depending on weight.

And this isn’t a skimpy side salad. Each package comes loaded with spring mix, grape tomatoes, Kalamata olives, fresh parsley, and generous rounds of creamy burrata, with balsamic dressing included for finishing everything off.

That combination gives you plenty of options beyond simply opening the container and serving it as-is. On a particularly hectic night, grab a $5 rotisserie chicken while you’re there, and you have the makings of an easy dinner for around $23.
