Cycas Hospitality will merge with Vertiq Capital and rebrand as Vertiq Hospitality Partners on 31st March 2026.

Cycas Hospitality will merge with its parent company, Vertiq Capital, with the combined entity to be named Vertiq Hospitality Partners, effective 31st March 2026. The merger coincides with the group’s ongoing European expansion, including the addition of more than 400 rooms across the UK and France this year, with further openings expected in the coming months.

The group manages a portfolio of more than 35 hotels and over 6,000 keys in eight countries, including properties in London, Paris, and Amsterdam, as well as regional and leisure destinations. Notable hotels include the 161-room Bankside Hotel, Autograph Collection on London’s South Bank, and the 237-room 25Hours Hotel Paris Terminus Nord, located opposite Paris’s primary international railway hub.

Vertiq Hospitality Partners operates from offices in Amsterdam and London. All employees of Vertiq Capital and Cycas Hospitality will become part of Vertiq Hospitality Partners following the merger, ensuring continuity for employees, partners, and guests.

The company’s portfolio covers a broad spectrum of hospitality offerings, from entry-level to luxury, limited-service, and extended-stay hotels.
