Daphne Ng Appointed General Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou

Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at Hangzhou Centre has announced the appointment of Daphne Ng as the new General Manager. Ng brings nearly two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, having held various leadership roles across Asia. Her career with Four Seasons began in 2005, and she has since worked in locations including Hong Kong, Singapore, and Macao.

Ng’s previous role was Hotel Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Macao, where she helped the property earn several accolades, including a Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star rating and recognition for its spa and Michelin-starred restaurant. She has also been involved in launching new properties, including Four Seasons Hotel Beijing and Four Seasons Place Macao.

The Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at Hangzhou Centre is located in Hangzhou’s Wulin Central Business District. The hotel features 214 rooms and offers views of the Grand Canal and West Lake, both designated World Heritage Sites. The hotel combines Chinese design elements with modern amenities.
