ExplorUS Expands Partnership with Roommaster, Bringing AI Concierge to More Than 20 Park Destinations

10 July 20264 Mins Read

In Brief: ExplorUS and roommaster are broadening their collaboration to incorporate AI concierge services into over 20 park destinations, aiming to improve visitor engagement and satisfaction.

  • ExplorUS Expands Partnership with Roommaster, Bringing AI Concierge to More Than 20 Park Destinations

Building on a technology partnership that began in 2012, the national park hospitality leader will deploy roommaster AI Concierge across all of its lodging sites to give guests instant answers, anytime.

roommaster, the hospitality technology platform built by hoteliers for hoteliers, today announced that ExplorUS, one of the country’s leading national and state park concessionaires, has signed an agreement to roll out roommaster Concierge, its Hotel AI voice agent powered by Sadie AI, across all of its properties.

The agreement deepens a partnership that has been in place since 2012. ExplorUS already runs its day-to-day operations on roommaster, using the roommaster property management system and the modern roommaster Booking Engine across more than 20 sites nationwide. Adding roommaster Concierge extends that foundation with an AI voice agent that answers every guest call, day or night, so no one is left waiting for a response.

For a hospitality company operating in some of the most beautiful and remote destinations in the country, being there for guests matters. Travelers planning a park getaway often call with questions about lodging, availability, and what to expect when they arrive, frequently during peak season or after hours when front desk teams are stretched thin. A missed call can quietly become a missed booking. roommaster Concierge answers those calls, handles routine questions instantly, and books rooms directly into the roommaster system in real time. The result is more bookings captured that might otherwise have slipped away, hours of repetitive calls taken off staff plates, and a warm, helpful response for every guest from the very first hello.

“ExplorUS has been a partner since 2012, and they hold their guest experience to a remarkably high standard,” said Kim Brewer-Booz, Strategic Account Manager at roommaster. “roommaster Concierge helps them answer every guest, anytime, so their teams can stay focused on the in-person guest experience. We are proud to keep innovating alongside them.”

ExplorUS plans to deploy roommaster Concierge across its full portfolio of lodging destinations, giving each property a consistent, around-the-clock way to care for guests while freeing staff to focus on the experience in front of them.

“Our guests come to disconnect, but they still deserve answers the moment they reach out,” said Duke Christopher, Vice President of Lodging at ExplorUS. “With roommaster Concierge across all our sites, no call goes unanswered and no question waits. We truly believe this helps every guest feel cared for from the very first hello.”

The expanded agreement reflects roommaster’s broader approach to AI: applied where it solves a real problem, integrated directly into the platform hoteliers already use, and built to support staff rather than replace the human side of hospitality. With more than 30 years in the industry and thousands of hotels worldwide running on its platform, roommaster continues to invest in stable, modern technology that independent operators and hospitality groups can rely on for the long term.

Built by hoteliers with more than 30 years in the industry, roommaster brings together cloud native property management software, booking engine, channel manager, payments, AI revenue management, and AI Concierge in one unified platform, backed by 24/7 expert support.
