Following a multi-phased renovation, the Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead has completed its refurbishment project, introducing a host of upgrades and new amenities for guests.
The renovation project carried out in collaboration with the DLR Group and design studio, aimed to reimagine every facet of the guest experience. The introduction of revamped accommodations and newly designed spaces for dining, socializing, and relaxing is a testament to the hotel’s commitment to innovation whilst preserving its rich heritage.
Grand Hyatt Atlanta has been a notable presence in Atlanta’s upscale hospitality sector for over two decades, known for its tranquil Japanese Zen Garden and cascading 30-foot waterfall.
The renovation also saw the addition of “The Fabled,” a new lounge restaurant designed by the DLR Group and designONE studio. The Fabled aims to offer a creative haven inspired by storytelling. Chef Bradley Jones curated the menu, which presents a range of crafted cocktails and small plates, making it ideal for after-dinner drinks, business lunches, or happy hour gatherings.
The hotel’s lower level houses the reimagined Cassis, a restaurant serving daily breakfast and offering exclusive private dining experiences. Cassis takes design cues from its namesake Mediterranean port, known for its rosé and white wines and crème de cassis, a French liqueur made from blackcurrants.
Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead also offers Le Petit Chef at Cassis Restaurant, a unique dinner theater where culinary excellence meets 3D storytelling. The venue provides a five-course menu featuring local flavors, promising an unforgettable dining experience for all guests.
In addition to the dining enhancements, the hotel now has over 42,000 square feet of reimagined indoor and outdoor spaces, equipped with state-of-the-art technology to cater to events of all sizes.
