Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City has launched a $50 million capital improvement plan for 2026, with renovations already underway. The project includes updates to more than 700 standard guest rooms, over 60 suites, and eight penthouses in the North Tower. Walkways and corridors throughout the hotel will also be refreshed. Most of these improvements are expected to be completed by the end of 2026.
The resort will expand its dining options with several new concepts, including the debut of Sitar, an East Indian restaurant featuring modern Indian cuisine and Boardwalk views. Federal Donuts and Chicken, a Philadelphia-based eatery, is scheduled to open at the property this spring.
Additional upgrades include new carpet installation on the casino floor and second-floor corridor. Sixteen electric vehicle chargers have been installed at Rocktane Gas & Wash, and exterior restorations of the South Tower are in progress.
Since 2018, Hard Rock Atlantic City has invested nearly $700 million in the resort. In 2023, the property announced $50 million in capital improvements, which included penthouse suite renovations, the opening of a new high-limit slot parlor, the addition of a private helicopter, and a refresh of beachfront amenities.
The property continues to invest in entertainment programming, with scheduled performances in 2026 by Rod Stewart, Nikki Glaser, Daniel Tosh, James Taylor, Charlie Puth, Ricardo Arjona, and others. Events will take place across Hard Rock Live at Etess Arena, Sound Waves, and the Vibe Stages.
Hard Rock Atlantic City has received a USA Today Top Workplaces Award for the third consecutive year in 2026. Since opening in 2018, the property has engaged with more than 500 local organizations through initiatives focused on education, food security, youth development, and social equity.
The resort plans to continue these priorities and align its efforts with Atlantic City’s broader revitalization goals, maintaining ongoing investments in its facilities and community engagement programs.
