Hilton is transitioning Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya and Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya on Mexico’s Caribbean coast to all-inclusive resorts. Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya began introducing its all-inclusive offering today, while Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya began operating as a multigenerational all-inclusive resort.
Beginning Jan. 10, 2027, Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya will be reserved for registered guests ages 18 and older. Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya will continue to accommodate multigenerational travelers and will add Ceiba Club, an adults-only section for registered guests ages 18 and older.

Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya – Peacock Alley
At Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya, a personal concierge will coordinate dining reservations, wellness appointments, transportation, excursions, celebrations and daily experiences before and during visits. Programming will include oceanfront yoga, Mayan breathwork, sound healing, Riviera Watercolors, heritage textiles, Mayan clay, agave craftsmanship and Margarita Mixology. Evening programming will include Sunlit Sounds & Spritz, bossa nova, live strings and Rum & Smoke.
Dining venues will include live-fire cooking at Malpeque, Mexican cheese cart service, tableside carving and salt tastings. Chaya will offer Mesa de Maíz, seasonal paletas and a Mexican dessert cart. JA’O will offer agave discovery, a Margarita Cart and Tortilla Ancestral. Peacock Alley will offer breakfast and afternoon tea. BonbonOm will offer Mexican coffee tastings, masterclasses and cold brew, listed as coming soon. Select Mesa Abierta evenings will include collaborative dining events using local ingredients.
Eligible transient stays of four consecutive nights or longer at Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya may include one selected resort experience or destination excursion per stay. Options may vary based on the resort’s offerings. Other inclusions will include 24-hour in-room dining, a daily refreshed minibar, arrival amenities, poolside welcome moments and private round-trip transfers from Cancun International Airport for eligible direct bookings.
Existing Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya reservations will be honored under the terms confirmed at booking, except reservations that include guests under 18 with arrival dates on or after Jan. 10, 2027. The resort will work with those guests to identify alternative accommodations.

Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya will offer dining at Maratea, Ukai, Kengai, Ultramar, Chiringuito Crudo and Chiringuito Leña. Ceiba Club will provide access to Autor, Ceiba Lounge and Carbon Restaurant, Pool & Beach. Autor is a Michelin-recognized restaurant serving contemporary Mexican cuisine.
Conrad’s programming will be organized around five experience collections: Awaken, Explore, Escape, Golden Hour and After Dark. Activities will include Tulum After Dark, The Living Spirit of Tulum and Full Moon Celebration. The resort’s included kids club, MYTHOS World, will offer age-specific programming, an Explorer Kit, hands-on activities and The Stargazer evening experience.
Eligible transient stays of four consecutive nights or longer at Conrad may include one selected resort experience or destination excursion per stay, including a Vesica cenote experience, an Xel-Há family water park experience or a spa inclusion. The resort will also offer 24-hour in-room dining, refreshed minibar selections, concierge support and private round-trip transfers from Cancun and Tulum international airports for eligible direct bookings. Existing Conrad reservations will be honored under the terms confirmed at booking.
