Hilton plans to expand its lifestyle portfolio in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa to more than 200 trading and pipeline properties, including seven new signings and the debut of Motto by Hilton in France and Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Germany.

Hilton’s lifestyle portfolio in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) now includes more than 100 open hotels, with over 100 additional properties in the development pipeline. The portfolio in the region has more than doubled over the past three years, driven by new build and conversion projects in urban, resort, and culturally significant destinations.

As part of this expansion, Hilton announced seven new lifestyle hotel signings across Europe. These include the first Motto by Hilton in France and the first Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Germany.

Motto by Hilton Paris La Villette, a 153-room new-build hotel, is scheduled to open in 2028 opposite Halles de la Villette in Paris. The project is developed by Groupe Galia, with Studio Belem as architect and Ciguë as interior designer.

Hotel Ventura Saint-Tropez, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is set to open this summer in Saint-Tropez, France. The 97-room hotel will feature a lobby bar, a breakfast room, a fitness area, and guest rooms with balconies, many with kitchenettes. The property is developed and will be operated by Sohoma.

Quiete Taormina Naxos, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is scheduled to open in summer 2026 in Giardini Naxos, Italy. The hotel will offer 103 rooms, two restaurants, three outdoor swimming pools, a spa with an indoor pool, landscaped gardens, event space for up to 500 guests, and a beach club.

Cologne City Centre, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, will mark the brand’s debut in Germany when it opens in 2027. The centrally located hotel will feature 183 guest rooms, a bar, a breakfast area, and a fitness space with Peloton bikes and other equipment.

Cork City Centre, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is expected to open in 2027 in Cork, Ireland. The new-build property will have 103 guest rooms, including extended-stay accommodation with kitchenettes, as well as a restaurant, bar, breakfast area, and fitness space.

Hotel Paris Vaugirard, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is scheduled to open in 2027 in Paris following a full refurbishment of a historic Haussmann-style building. The 89-room hotel is developed and will be operated by Sohoma.

New Continental Plymouth, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is scheduled to open in spring 2027 in Plymouth, United Kingdom. The hotel, originally built in 1865, will feature 120 renovated guest rooms, meeting facilities, a fitness centre, restaurant, and bar.

Hilton also referenced recent and upcoming openings for its Collection brands in EMEA, including The BoTree London, Palacio de Godoy Cáceres, The Derby London City, Hotel Palacio Bellas Artes San Sebastián, and Elika Cave Suites Cappadocia under the Curio Collection by Hilton. The company noted the recent debut of Zaria Court Kigali, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, in Sub-Saharan Africa and The Ritus Hotel Istanbul Sultanahmet, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, which opened in 2025.

Canopy by Hilton now has 32 properties trading or in the pipeline across the region, including a recent debut in Türkiye. Tempo by Hilton, introduced to EMEA in 2025, has six properties in the pipeline, including its Middle East debut with Tempo by Hilton Riyadh Al Narjis.

Hilton’s growth in EMEA is further supported by an exclusive agreement with YOTEL as part of its Select by Hilton brand.
