Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana Adults-Only Resort Opens in Dominican Republic

In Brief: Hyatt has opened the Vivid Punta Cana, an adults-only all-inclusive resort in the Dominican Republic, signaling the company’s continued expansion of its lifestyle and leisure portfolio in high-demand Caribbean destinations.

Hyatt Hotels Corporation has opened the 467-room Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana, an adults-only, all-inclusive beachfront resort in Cabeza de Toro, Punta Cana.

Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana marks the debut of the Hyatt Vivid Hotels & Resorts brand in the Dominican Republic.

The property offers programming organized around three areas: flow, including movement, wellness and rhythm; discovery, including cultural immersion and local connection; and presence, focused on mindfulness, relaxation and sensory experiences.

Dining facilities include five à la carte restaurants, an international food hall, a bar and grill, seven bars and lounges, a hidden speakeasy and the Zenda Wellness Café. The bars and lounges serve domestic and international spirits, while the Zenda Wellness Café offers fresh cuisine.

Programming includes Wave Hello to Wellness, which combines paddleboard yoga and wellness-focused nutrition on the Caribbean Sea; Wellness Brew Sessions, featuring Dominican coffee, healthy bites and live DJ sets; and the Dominican Ritual Collection at Zenda Spa, which uses cacao and tropical fruits.

Other activities include Paint Your Way In, a creative workshop that provides access to the resort’s hidden speakeasy; the Dominican Art Mural, focused on regional music, gastronomy and artistic heritage; the Local Tuk Tuk Moment; and Starry Night, guided stargazing. The resort also offers Berry Important Bowls, daily wellness programming, creative workshops, live music, sunset gatherings and cultural experiences.

Zenda Spa provides treatments inspired by Dominican botanicals and traditions. Other amenities include indoor and outdoor fitness spaces, a padel court, pickleball courts, functional training areas, yoga and mindfulness programming, and recovery-focused wellness experiences.

The opening adds to Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection portfolio in the Dominican Republic, which has 30 resorts and more than 16,000 rooms. The Inclusive Collection has more than 150 resorts and nearly 58,000 rooms across Latin America, the Caribbean and Europe.

Further Inclusive Collection development in the Dominican Republic includes the planned openings of Secrets Macao Beach Punta Cana in 2026 and Hyatt Ziva Punta Cana in 2029.
