IHG Opens 130-Room Voco Hotel in Gosford, Australia

IHG Hotels & Resorts, in partnership with ALAND, has officially opened the voco Gosford, a 130-room hotel located in the Archibald precinct on the New South Wales Central Coast. The property, inaugurated by Premier Chris Minns, features a range of amenities, including a pool with a swim-up bar, six dining and bar venues, and extensive meeting and event spaces, including the Altitude Grand Ballroom and the Astra Rooftop Bar on Level 28.

Situated approximately one hour north of Sydney, voco Gosford aims to enhance the Central Coast’s appeal as a travel destination. The hotel is part of a broader development strategy to revitalize the area, contributing to the city’s skyline and providing additional accommodation options for visitors.

The opening of voco Gosford marks a significant addition to IHG’s Australian portfolio, which includes voco properties in Gold Coast, Kirkton Park Hunter Valley, Brisbane City Centre, and Melbourne Central. Globally, the voco brand has surpassed 100 open hotels, continuing its expansion by offering a blend of independent charm with the reliability of IHG’s standards.
