  June Events in Paris Lead to Record Hotel Room Rates.

Paris hotel industry metrics reached record levels in June, driven by a combination of events, according to preliminary data from CoStar.

Key Metrics for June 2025 (Year-over-Year % Change):

– Occupancy: 86.3% (+9.6%)

– Average Daily Rate (ADR): EUR514.05 (+7.3%)

– Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR): EUR443.72 (+17.5%)

The month featured several major events, including two Billie Eilish concerts on June 10-11, Eurostatory 2026 from June 15-19, and Fashion Week from June 24-29.

Occupancy peaked at 94.0% during the second Billie Eilish concert on June 11. Eurostatory saw the highest ADR of EUR595.33 on June 16, with RevPAR reaching EUR534.14 on June 17. During Fashion Week, occupancy reached 93.6% on June 24, with ADR and RevPAR hitting EUR521.12 on June 27 and EUR486.87 on June 24, respectively.

Throughout June, occupancy levels remained above 80% except on June 1 and June 9.
