Las Vegas Marriott has completed a $25 million renovation of its property at 325 Convention Center Drive, updating guest rooms, public spaces, dining venues, and meeting facilities.
Las Vegas Marriott announced the completion of a $25 million renovation project at its location on 325 Convention Center Drive in Las Vegas. The property is located near the West Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center and within ten minutes of Sphere Las Vegas and the Las Vegas Strip.
The renovation includes updates to all 274 guest rooms. The hotel introduced new finishes and design elements in these rooms, targeting both business and leisure travelers. Public spaces throughout the hotel have been redesigned, including the lobby and Greatroom, now serving as areas for guests to relax, work, or connect.
A new signature restaurant and bar, Sagebrush – American Public House, has opened as part of the renovation. The restaurant features a culinary concept inspired by modern flavors and local influences, led by Chef Alejandro. The hotel also introduced the SB Market, which offers coffee and grab-and-go items.
The fitness center has been renovated and now features new equipment and a modern layout. For meetings and events, the hotel has added a new meeting room, St. George, which offers flexible functionality and modern technology. The property now includes seven meeting rooms totaling 3,731 square feet of event space.
Additional amenities at the Las Vegas Marriott include The Garage, an outdoor venue, a business center, an outdoor swimming pool, and a whirlpool spa. The hotel provides planners for event coordination and personalization.
