JLL acted on behalf of North Point Hospitality to secure a five-year loan for the Marriott Nashville Tri-Brand, located at 410 Rep. John Lewis Way South in downtown Nashville. The property is one of two tri-brand hotels in the United States and combines three Marriott select-service brands under one roof: AC Nashville Downtown (209 rooms), Residence Inn Nashville Downtown/Convention Center (172 rooms), and SpringHill Suites Nashville Downtown/Convention Center (125 rooms).
The hotel is situated one block from the Music City Center, a convention facility in Nashville that has hosted more than 2,650 events and 5.1 million attendees since opening in 2013, with a reported $4.4 billion in direct economic impact. The location provides access to Broadway’s entertainment district, Bridgestone Arena, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and other downtown Nashville destinations.
The Marriott Nashville Tri-Brand opened in January 2019. The property features six food and beverage outlets, including AC Kitchen, AC Lounge, Aqua Lyrics, RTB rooftop bar, and two third-party operated restaurants: Calacas Mexican Cuisine and Hal’s The Steakhouse. Amenities at the hotel include 9,016 square feet of meeting space, an outdoor pool and hot tub deck spanning 12,562 square feet, a fitness center, a sundries shop, and 275 onsite parking spaces with valet service.
In January 2025, the owner completed a $13 million expansion that added 36 Residence Inn Elite Rooms, increasing the total room count to 506. The hotel’s configuration enables shared infrastructure, labor, and amenities across the three brands.
The JLL Hotels & Hospitality team representing North Point Hospitality included Americas CEO Kevin Davis, Americas President Dan Peek, Managing Director Mark Fisher, Senior Director Carolina Bernal, Associate Carly Pomerantz, and Analyst Malia Buljat.
