Four Seasons Safari Lodge Serengeti has appointed Mary Bowens as General Manager. Bowens brings more than 25 years of experience with Four Seasons to her new position at the lodge within Serengeti National Park.
Bowens previously served as Resort Manager at Four Seasons Resort Seychelles. She began her career with Four Seasons in 2001 at the former Four Seasons Hotel Dublin and has held roles in front office, housekeeping, and rooms across properties in Chicago, Seattle, Maui, Toronto, Sydney, and Bali.
In her new role, Bowens will oversee all aspects of lodge operations at Four Seasons Safari Lodge Serengeti, which overlooks a wildlife watering hole in Serengeti National Park.
Her career has included operational roles at Four Seasons properties in Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific, and the Indian Ocean. She has been recognized for her operational expertise, collaborative approach, talent development, and team building.
Bowens will guide the continued evolution of the guest experience and support Four Seasons’ commitment to conservation, community engagement, and responsible tourism within the Serengeti ecosystem.
Bowens assumes her new role at Four Seasons Safari Lodge Serengeti effective immediately.
