New Zealand’s Rosewood Cape Kidnappers Names Ray Jingshu Zhang Director of Operations

Zhang will join the Hawke’s Bay property from Lake House Daylesford in Australia, where he most recently served as general manager. He will oversee day-to-day operations at Rosewood Cape Kidnappers and work with the property’s leadership team.

His hospitality leadership experience spans more than 15 years and includes roles in Australia, China, Vietnam, the Philippines, Taiwan and Indonesia. His experience includes hotel operations, commercial performance, guest experience and team leadership.

Zhang is fluent in English and Mandarin. His language skills will support communication with guests and colleagues across international markets.
