Nobu Hospitality to Open Hotel, Restaurant and Residences in Rutland, England
Nobu Hospitality plans to launch a new project in Rutland, England, in partnership with Woolfox. The development will include a Nobu hotel, restaurant, and a collection of branded residences on 185 acres near the Georgian town of Stamford. This will be the first countryside concept for the Nobu Hospitality portfolio.
The Nobu Woolfox development will feature lake-view rooms and suites, a signature Nobu restaurant and bar, curated food-and-beverage spaces, and a spa. The site will also include a swimming pool, gym, landscaped grounds, and branded residences. The project is designed to function as both a destination and a members’ club.
The Rutland location offers direct access to walking and cycling trails, as well as activities such as sailing, water sports, and fly fishing. The area is near Rutland Water, one of the largest man-made reservoirs in Europe, and close to attractions including Stamford and Burghley House.
Woolfox is centrally located within approximately one to two hours of London, Cambridge, Birmingham, and Manchester, providing both a countryside setting and access to commercial and cultural centers.
The project aims to meet demand for destinations that combine hospitality, wellness, dining, and living in a rural environment.
