In Brief: Outbound Hotels has announced plans to open a new property in Park City, Utah, with an expected opening date in early 2027, expanding its portfolio in a prominent ski and leisure destination.

Reservations are open for Outbound Park City, a 180-room property on 4.5 acres that is scheduled to open in early 2027.
Outbound Park City is accepting reservations for stays beginning April 1, 2027, with an official opening date to be announced. The property will offer views of the Wasatch Mountains and include guestrooms, food and beverage venues, courtyards, meeting facilities, a pool and a hot tub.
The Gettys Group is designing the property as part of its continuing work with Outbound Hotels. The design will include Nordic influences, mountain-related elements, contemporary materials and connections to outdoor areas. The property will use natural textures and layered interior materials.
Guestrooms will include built-in storage and layouts intended to accommodate gear. The property will have two courtyards extending beyond the guestrooms.
One courtyard will include a pool, hot tub, cabanas, loungers and landscaping. A separate après courtyard will include communal seating, fire pits, outdoor games and areas for live music, events and socializing.
Outbound Park City will have more than 11,000 square feet of meeting and prefunction space for meetings, celebrations and other occasions.
The property will introduce two food and beverage concepts. Billy & Co. will operate as a mountain diner serving all-day classics and comfort food. June Bar will serve cocktails and a selection of other beverages.
Ahead of the opening, Outbound Park City is offering the Summit Club promotion for eligible stays from April 1 through May 31, 2027. The offer includes up to 20% off the best available rate, a welcome drink and an opening credit on eligible purchases.
