Princess Diana's Brother, Charles Spencer, Reveals Surprise Fourth Marriage

19 May 20262 Mins Read

Princess Diana‘s brother, Charles Earl Spencer, has quietly tied the knot with his podcast co-host, Cat Jarman.

PEOPLE Magazine reported the news, sharing intimate photos of the couple’s wedding ceremony in Sedona, Arizona. They are the co-hosts of the podcast The Rabbit Hole Detectives, along with Reverend Richard Coles.

Spencer is 61. Jarman is in 43. They wed in Arizona on May 15.

“We both feel so incredibly lucky to have progressed from being colleagues, to friendship, to deep love and connection,” the couple said in a statement to PEOPLE. “Each stage of our relationship has been underpinned by laughter, and we share a passion for life.”

Instead of a traditional white dress, Jarman wore a pale blue formal gown for her ceremony. Charles donned a dark suit paired with a light blue dress shirt.

According to The Times, Spencer and Jarman met when she was “searching for an ancient village in Althorp’s grounds for a Channel 4 documentary.” She said of the search, “No, it’s still lost. Well, we think we know where it is.”

The couple appeared to confirm their relationship within the context of the same interview. “We are close,” Spencer revealed. “Close enough.” Jarman responded, “Depends.”

“Well, we’re not that domestic really, are we? No, I mean, I love Richard just as much, but just in a different way,” Spencer said, trying to take the focus off what appeared to be the couple’s emerging relationship.
