Radisson Hotel Group reported more than 272 new hotel signings and openings in 2025, expanding its portfolio across Europe, China, and India. The group maintained Radisson Blu as Europe’s largest upper-upscale brand, present in 154 cities, and continued to lead the continent’s resort segment with Radisson Blu resorts in 27 destinations.

In 2025, Radisson Hotel Group established new partnerships, including The Medlock, a Radisson Blu Hotel at Manchester City football club’s Etihad Stadium, as well as agreements with MIMCO Group for “The Butler” project and Byron Gestion for Radisson Hotel Cannes Seaside. Sixty-five percent of the group’s hotel owners now operate more than one property with the company.

The group advanced its sustainability initiatives by opening two hotels verified as net zero: Radisson Hotel Manchester City Centre and Radisson RED Oslo City Centre.

In China, Radisson Hotel Group signed and opened 170 hotels in 2025, bringing its pipeline in the country close to 300 properties. Growth in China was concentrated in the mid- to upper mid-scale segments, primarily through the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson brand.

In India, Radisson Hotel Group surpassed 200 hotels in operation and under development.

Across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, the group recorded around 70 signings and openings in 2025. Key developments included The Medlock, a Radisson Blu Hotel in partnership with Manchester City football club; Banke Opera Paris, a Radisson Collection Hotel; Radisson RED Bucharest Old Town; Radisson Serviced Apartments COY Sheikh Zayed City in Egypt; Prize by Radisson Osnabrück in Germany, the first Prize hotel with a new interior concept; and Radisson Oriente Hotel Barcelona.

Radisson Hotel Group’s resort portfolio surpassed 160 properties worldwide in 2025. New resort developments included Atiara Ubud Bali, a Radisson Collection Resort; Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Çeşme; and Radisson Collection The National Hotel, Brussels, an urban resort.
