After celebrating a decade of marriage, Russell Wilson is already thinking about the next chapter for his family with Ciara.
The retired NFL quarterback revealed he’s hoping the couple will welcome another child, joking that he’s doing his best to persuade his wife to expand their family.
“We have four amazing kids and I’m trying to convince Ciara to have a fifth,” Wilson, 37, told E! News at Fanatics Fest in New York City on July 17. “Cinco, you got to be on the way soon.”
Wilson then revealed he may not have much convincing left to do.
“I want to have five, Ciara does too,” he said. “We’ll see. Hopefully, I can convince her.”
The couple share three children together—Sienna Princess, 9, Win Harrison, 5, and Amora Princess, 19 months. Wilson is also stepfather to Future Zahir, 12, Ciara’s son from a previous relationship.
Wilson and Ciara recently celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary after tying the knot in July 2016. Over the years, both have frequently shared glimpses of family life on social media, often describing parenthood as one of their greatest joys.
Wilson has also spoken publicly about what becoming a stepfather has meant to him. In a 2021 interview with GQ, he said every child deserves to be loved unconditionally, adding that embracing that role has been one of the most meaningful experiences of his life.
And, thankfully, the loved-up duo have plenty of help to raise their big brood. Per the outlet, the Wilsons have a staff including two full-time chefs, a physical therapist, a full-time masseuse, a trainer, childcare, assistants, and security.
