Marriott International and The Fern Hotels & Resorts have reached two milestones for the Series by Marriott brand in India, with 75 hotels signed under the collaboration with Concept Hospitality Private Limited and 50 properties currently open. The 50 operational hotels represent more than 3,556 rooms added to Marriott’s portfolio in India. These developments have occurred in under six months since the brand’s debut in November 2025.
The Series by Marriott portfolio now spans 43 cities in India, including Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 markets. The brand’s presence covers a range of locations, with properties in major cities, smaller markets, and resort destinations. Notable openings include The Fern Mumbai, Goregaon, Series by Marriott; The Fern Jaipur, Series by Marriott; The Fern Habitat Goa, Candolim, Series by Marriott; Rakabi The Fern Igatpuri, Series by Marriott; and The Fern Residency Bengaluru, Seshadripuram, Series by Marriott.
The collaboration between Concept Hospitality and The Fern Hotels & Resorts for the Series by Marriott brand marked the brand’s global debut. The properties under the Series by Marriott brand in India are operated in partnership with Concept Hospitality Private Limited.
Series by Marriott hotels offer amenities such as comfortable rooms, Wi-Fi, and, at select properties, breakfast, fitness centers, and meeting and event spaces. The brand’s properties are designed to reflect the character of their respective regions.
Guests at The Fern Hotels & Resorts, Series by Marriott can access specific experiences, including a Grab & Go Breakfast for early departures, Single Lady Traveller Recognition with curated in-room amenities, an Evening Delight turndown service with local treats, a Lamp Lighting Ceremony at dusk, and Healthy Sleep amenities featuring almonds, raisins, and cumin-infused water.
All properties under The Fern Hotels & Resorts, Series by Marriott participate in Marriott Bonvoy, allowing members to earn points for stays at these hotels and other Marriott Bonvoy properties.
