Spencer Pratt has been called out of the race to become the next mayor of Los Angeles.
Critics of the former reality star are sharing their excitement over the news via social media, with many questioning whether Pratt will keep his promise to move out of the city following his failed campaign.
“So, Spencer Pratt, did you like, like some moving boxes? I could give you some,” one woman posted on TikTok ahead of the final decision.
Pratt was spotted in the comments, saying, “No, Karen Bass let my house burn down. Everything I owned burned in my house.”

The former star of The Hills joined the mayoral race in January, one year after losing his Pacific Palisades home in the devastating 2025 fires.
Though his campaign gained traction among Hollywood stars and Donald Trump, Pratt failed to receive enough votes to force incumbent Mayor Karen Bass into a runoff. Instead, City Councilwoman Nithya Raman will face Bass in the November election.
NBC News called the race on Monday evening, one week after polls closed. The count has been slow, with hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots postmarked before the deadline arriving in the days that followed.
With 92.5 percent of the expected votes counted, Bass remains in the lead with 34.3 percent, with Raman trailing with 28.5 percent. Pratt landed in third with 25.8 percent, approximately 22,000 votes behind Raman.
