SREE Hotels Acquires Hyatt Place Columbia/Downtown/The Vista

SREE Hotels LLC of Charlotte, North Carolina, has acquired the Hyatt Place Columbia/Downtown/The Vista. The property is owned and operated by SREE Hotels. Andrew Soltau is the general manager and leads the hotel’s management team.

The six-story hotel is in downtown Columbia’s arts and entertainment district, near the University of South Carolina campus, including Colonial Life Arena and Williams-Brice Stadium.

The hotel is also minutes from the Columbia Metro Convention Center, Columbia Museum of Art and Riverbanks Zoo & Garden. Dining options are near the property.

Hyatt Place Columbia/Downtown/The Vista is pet-friendly and offers a complimentary breakfast bar, a 24-hour fitness center, an indoor pool and guest laundry services.

The property has 2,050 square feet of meeting space. The Placery restaurant, located in the hotel lobby, offers assorted beverages, grab-and-go items, lunch, dinner and a full bar.

The hotel’s guestrooms and suites have designated areas for sleep, work and play. Room features include a Cozy Corner sleeper sofa, a separate workspace desk, large flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and remote printing.
