Starbucks Canada to bring back one of its most iconic drinks and it’s so 2017

23 July 20262 Mins Read

This summer, Starbucks is throwing it back by bringing back one of its most iconic sips to Canada for one weekend only.

If you spent any time online in 2017, chances are you saw or even tried Starbucks’ Unicorn Frappuccino, which became a viral sensation in part for its striking appearance and colour-changing abilities.

After its extremely limited five-day run. the Unicorn Frappuccino disappeared from Starbucks menus for almost a decade

That was until last month, when there were rumblings that the Unicorn Frappuccino would be making its return to locations all over the world.

While a Starbucks rep confirmed to Dished that the unique sip would indeed be Canada-bound, no dates were revealed, but we now know exactly when Canadians can expect to get their hands on it.

Mark it in your calendars now, as the Unicorn Frappuccino will be available at locations across Canada on Saturday, Aug. 15 and Sunday, Aug. 16, while supplies last.

If you missed it the first time around, the Unicorn Frappuccino features a creamy and sweet mango flavour, with a tangy blue drizzle. The sip is finished with whipped cream and a tart pink and blue topping.

When the cup is swirled, the magic really starts as the drink changes colour.

With another extremely limited run, you’ll want to be speedy if you’re looking to get your hands on the Unicorn Frappuccino this time around.
