Pearlstone Partners, in collaboration with AvantStay, has officially opened The Code, a hybrid hotel and residential property located at 2323 S. Lamar Blvd. in Austin’s Zilker neighborhood. The opening date was February 23.

The Code consists of 152 fully furnished residences, including studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. The property is designed for both ownership and short- or extended-stay accommodations. Each unit includes a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and dedicated living spaces. Residences are available for purchase, with studios starting in the low $400,000s, one-bedrooms in the mid-$500,000s, and two-bedrooms from the $800,000s. Three interior design palettes are available for buyers.

The property offers amenities such as a temperature-controlled pool, an outdoor kitchen, a rooftop terrace, a 24-hour concierge and check-in, secure parking, a dog wash, and a pet park. The ground floor includes a lobby lounge serving coffee and cocktails by Cuvée Coffee, retail spaces focused on health and wellness, and a corner restaurant space planned to open later in the year.

The Code also includes two themed live-work suites, Zephyr and Montage, designed for larger groups and shared stays. Zephyr is oriented toward wellness and longer visits, while Montage is designed as a gathering space for group trips and creative retreats.

For extended stays, The Code offers a collection of fully furnished residences available with a 30-day minimum stay. Owners can place their residences in AvantStay’s management program to generate rental revenue when not in use.

The property is managed by AvantStay, which provides professional management and concierge services. The Code is located near restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, music venues, fitness studios, Zilker Park, Barton Springs, Lady Bird Lake, and downtown Austin.

Guest stays at The Code are now available for booking, and residences are currently being sold.
