Reside has opened The Heid Lofts by Reside, a Wyndham Residence, a 96-unit apartment-style property in Philadelphia, as part of its ongoing partnership with Wyndham Hotels.

Reside announced the opening of The Heid Lofts by Reside, a Wyndham Residence, in Philadelphia. The property features 96 apartment-style units and is located in the Callowhill area near the Parkway Museum district.

The Heid Lofts by Reside is part of a co-branded program between Reside and Wyndham Hotels, which was formally introduced in October 2024. The property offers accommodations equipped with high-speed internet, full kitchens, and in-suite laundry facilities. The location is near downtown Philadelphia’s restaurants, shopping, historical sites, sporting venues, and convention centers.

This opening adds to the existing portfolio of co-branded properties under the Reside and Wyndham partnership, which already includes locations in New York, Washington DC, Houston, Scottsdale, Rochester, MN, and Seattle. The partnership is part of a 10-year agreement between the two companies, with plans to expand further into additional U.S. cities. Pending locations include Los Angeles, Chicago, Denver, and Cleveland.

The joint program is designed to provide apartment-style accommodations that meet the brand standards of both Reside and Wyndham Hotels. According to the companies, the program aims to offer consistent guest experiences across various destinations. The partnership targets both short-term and extended-stay travelers, with a focus on professionally managed and fully compliant accommodations.

Reside stated that its operating model allows market entry and the commencement of building operations within 90 days of acquiring a property. The companies indicated that this approach is intended to accelerate expansion into markets that are typically more difficult to enter.

The Heid Lofts by Reside, a Wyndham Residence, is now open and accepting guests. Further announcements regarding new locations under the Reside and Wyndham partnership are expected in the coming months.
