This ‘Beauty and the Beast’-inspired afternoon tea is coming to Edmonton

10 August 20263 Mins Read

An upcoming Enchanted Rose Afternoon Tea is completely inspired by the classic Beauty and the Beast, offering a day filled with charming music, a carefully crafted menu of sweets and treats, and memories that will last a lifetime.

Lady Bea’s English Tea House is hosting this event, where guests are invited to step beyond the castle gates and into an afternoon tea ceremony filled with timeless elegance, enchanting music, and storybook charm.

With inspired savoury bites and delicious, delicate sweets, the Enchanted Rose Afternoon Tea was crafted specifically to bring this story to life.

What to expect during the Enchanted Rose Afternoon Tea

On Saturday, Sept. 12, this afternoon tea party is going to come to fruition. Once you arrive at the tea house and step through the doors, the fun can finally begin.

When you arrive at your table, you’ll be greeted with the most stunning rose adornment. Here, you’ll be given a variety of savoury and sweet bites and treats to munch on while you listen to live music inspired by the classic fairytale. With a group of friends, you can catch up, eat some delicacies, and enjoy the enchanting atmosphere they’ve created.

Each seating will last approximately an hour and a half, giving ample time to bask in the beautiful energy and get a couple of cupfuls of the delectable tea options.

How to get tickets for the Enchanted Rose Afternoon Tea

There are three available seatings for this one-day-only event. Although the 10:30 a.m. seating is sold out, you can still get tickets for 12:30 or 2:30 p.m.

The experience costs $69 plus tax per person, with folks being seated in parties of four or less. Parties larger than four will most likely be seated separately to have the full experience. While accommodations can be made, none are guaranteed.

Another thing to keep in mind: reservations are required. That means you’ll need to get a ticket before attending this event, no exceptions. We’d suggest grabbing a spot as soon as possible, because this exciting event is sure to sell out fast.

With story-inspired savories and treats combined with magic and romance, it’ll shape up to be the most spectacular afternoon this September.

When: Saturday, Sept. 12, 2026
Time: 12:30 and 2:30 p.m.
Where: 10109 125th St. NW, Edmonton, Alta.
Cost: $69 per person
