In order to apply for this position, you must:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree
- Be available for all matches at the venue
- Have “excellent communication and interpersonal skills”

- Be familiar with security regulations and best practices
- Have the ability to “make sound decisions under pressure and handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism.”
- Have two-plus years of experience in a supervisory role within a gate services or related department
- Have a proven track record of effectively leading and managing teams, experience in managing volunteers (an asset)
- Have experience working and collaborating with large teams
Stadium pitch and competition security
This job is responsible for overseeing the Private Security resources deployed within Pitch and Competition-related zones during Match Day stadium operations.
According to the job posting, requirements for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Sports Management, Operations Management, Security Management, or related field preferred
- Relevant professional certifications in event operations or safety management are an advantage
- Minimum three to five years of experience in security operations, preferably in major events, hospitality, logistics, or VIP environments
- Experience supervising or coordinating private security services
- Familiarity with hotel security operations and transport/logistics environments
- Strong understanding of access control, incident response, and operational security principles
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple sites, and perform under pressure
- Major event or international tournament experience is an advantage
Stadium crowd management specialist
Now, for the stadium security crowd management specialist position, this person is responsible for handing the Private Security resources deployed across public spectator areas during Match Day stadium operations.
Requirements for this job include:
- Relevant professional certifications in event operations or safety management are an advantage
- Minimum three to five years of experience in security operations, preferably in major events, hospitality, logistics, or VIP environments
- Experience supervising or coordinating private security services
- Experience in crowd management on large-scale events
- Strong understanding of access control, incident response, and operational security principles
- Major event or international tournament experience is an advantage
FIFA fan operations venue coordinator
The venue coordinator will be part of the FIFA26 Fan Operations team. They will also work in close collaboration with the FIFA Headquarters and other key individuals responsible for delivering a positive fan experience.
Requirements for this job include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions quickly and willing to address potential issues proactively
- Ability to use complex communication pathways to quickly access resources
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships across diverse teams and partners
- Ability to pivot work in response to a dynamic environment with rapidly changing situations
- Three or more years of experience in event management and/or operations roles
- Experience working and collaborating with large teams
- Public speaking experience
- Leadership experience, specifically with part-time staff and/or volunteers a plus
Stadium PSA/VSA specialist
The stadium security PSA/VSA specialist oversees the Private Security resources deployed to deliver search and screening operations in accordance with the FIFA Prohibited Items policy. They also prevent bringing in prohibited materials into the stadium perimeter during Match Day operations.
Requirements for this position include:
- Relevant professional certifications in event operations or safety management are an advantage
- Minimum three to five years of experience in security operations, preferably in major events or high-capacity screening environments.
- Experience supervising or coordinating Private Security services.
- Strong understanding of screening procedures, access control, and prohibited items enforcement.
- Experience managing high-volume entry operations.
- Major event or international tournament experience is an advantage.
