Who Are Ree Drummond’s Kids? The Scoop on the Pioneer Woman’s Foster Son and Biological Children

Food Network star Ree Drummond, 57, has built a massive media empire around rustic comfort recipes, country living and life on her family’s cattle ranch in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. But while millions tune in to The Pioneer Woman for her chicken-fried steak and homemade cinnamon rolls, her five adult children are arguably the biggest stars of her universe.

Over the years, viewers have watched the Drummond crew grow up from home-schooled kids working on the ranch into college graduates, athletes and young adults starting families of their own. But life’s not always Instagram-worthy smiles, the close-knit family recently made headlines following news surrounding Ree’s foster son, Jamar Goff, and his run-ins with the law.

Who Are Ree Drummond’s Children?

Alex Drummond Scott, 29

The eldest of the Drummond kids, Alex was born in 1997, just under a year after Ree and Ladd tied the knot. Ree has frequently joked on social media and her blog that Alex is her “honeymoon baby.”

Alex attended Texas A&M University, graduating in 2019. In May 2021, she married her college sweetheart, Mauricio Scott, in an elaborate, televised wedding ceremony at the family’s Oklahoma ranch.

Today, Alex works alongside her mother, assisting with content creation and brand operations for the Pioneer Woman line. In December 2024, Alex and Mauricio welcomed their first child, daughter Sofia Marie, making Ree and Ladd first-time grandparents.

Their second child, son Charles Alexander, was born on Sept. 15, 2026.

Paige Drummond, 27

Born in 1999, Paige is the second-oldest Drummond child. She attended the University of Arkansas, where she graduated in 2022 with a degree in hospitality management.

Like her older sister, Paige has remained closely tied to the family business. Beyond appearing on The Pioneer Woman and helping shoot behind-the-scenes episodes for Food Network, Paige often shares updates about life on the ranch (she worked there as a cowgirl for some time) and her work in content strategy.

In addition to her media appearances, Paige frequently documents her travels and close bond with her siblings across social media.

On May 17, 2025, she married construction engineer David Andersen, whom she met through mutual friends while in college.

Bryce Drummond, 23

Bryce is Ree and Ladd’s oldest son, born in 2002. A standout athlete throughout his high school years in Oklahoma, Bryce went on to play college football as a quarterback.

He initially committed to and enrolled at the University of North Texas, graduating high school early to join the football program in early 2021. Bryce later transferred to Oklahoma State University to continue his collegiate football career. While he spends much of his time on the field and in the weight room, Ree frequently highlights his humor and quiet ranch-hand work ethic.

“Do you have that one kid in your family that just cracks you up, no matter what they do? Bryce is that kid for me,” the Pioneer Woman has said of her eldest boy. “It could just be an expression he makes, or a phrase he utters, or a gesture or a question or a look…but something about Bryce just makes me laugh.”

Jamar Goff, 23

Jamar joined the Drummond family in 2018 as a foster son. Though Ree and Ladd kept his presence relatively secret to protect his privacy while he was a minor, Ree officially introduced Jamar to the public in late 2020 after he turned 18.

In her book Frontier Follies, Ree detailed how Jamar moved into their home and instantly bonded with her biological sons, Bryce and Todd, whom he had previously met through high school football. Jamar later went on to play college football as well at the University of Central Oklahoma.

“Fostering a kid was never something Ladd and I pursued or felt called to do, but Jamar’s circumstances presented themselves to us in a way we couldn’t ignore,” she wrote. “Long story short, all six foot five inches of him showed up at our house one afternoon, bag in hand, ready to move in.”

On Sept. 15, 2026, Jamar was arrested on drug and assault charges, allegedly claiming that he was trying to buy some “ice” on campus at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, then striking the cop who attempted to arrest him. He reportedly had 1.8 grams of methamphetamine already on his person.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Jamar had previously bitten an officer’s hand in May 2025. At the time, Jamar was allegedly claiming to be homeless. His family contact on court paperwork listed Ree’s phone number, but he labeled the number as belonging to “foster parent” rather than using Ree’s name.

Todd Drummond, 22

The youngest of the bunch, Todd was born in 2004. Named after Ladd’s late brother, Todd grew up taking on responsibilities around the ranch while competing as a standout quarterback and wrestler in high school.

After graduating from high school, Todd followed in his older brothers’ footsteps by committing to play college football, taking his talents to the University of South Dakota. Ree has spoken candidly about becoming an “empty nester” once Todd left for college, frequently posting updates as she travels to cheer him on from the stands.

“Ladd and I are actively trying to establish new activities together as the empty nest approaches,” she wrote on Instagram. “So we take evening walks together now!”

Yes! Ree officially entered her “grandma era” in December 2024 when her eldest daughter, Alex, gave birth to baby girl Sofia Scott. She welcomed her second grandchild, Charles, also through Alex, in September 2026.

Ree regularly shares photos and videos of her grandchildren on social media, often sharing how much she enjoys spoiling the newest additions to the Drummond family tree.
