In Brief: Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has opened the 146-room Wyndham Frankfurt Niederrad in Frankfurt, Germany, under an agreement with operator Windmill Niederrad GmbH.

Wyndham Frankfurt Niederrad is a four-star hotel in the Lyoner Quartier in Niederrad, south of the Main River. The opening marks the Wyndham brand’s debut in Frankfurt.
The property has 146 rooms across six floors, including queen and king room configurations, suites and one accessible room. It also has a central atrium, a restaurant serving local cuisine, a bar, an outdoor terrace, three meeting rooms and a fitness area. The meeting facilities include a 159-square-meter event space.
The hotel is scheduled to undergo renovation over the next 18 months.
The hotel is near Deutsche Bank Park, the DFB Campus and the headquarters of the German Football Association. Frankfurt Airport and Frankfurt city center are each about 8 kilometers from the property and are reachable by public transportation.
Frankfurt am Main recorded more than 15.5 million arrivals and 34.3 million overnight stays in 2025. The city is home to Messe Frankfurt, a trade fair organizer, as well as the Main Tower, Old Town, museums and other cultural attractions.
The agreement is part of Wyndham’s franchise expansion in the DACH region.
