You Can Now Walk Across the Eiffel Tower via a New Suspension Bridge, Canada Reviews

23 March 20262 Mins Read

There are few landmarks more iconic on this planet than Paris’s Eiffel Tower, but just when you thought you’d seen the structure from every possible angle, another viewpoint has just opened.

That’s right – initially unveiled in 2025 and with its current season running from March 17 until May 3, now is the time, if you’re in the French capital, to head to the Vertigo of the Tower, an almost 60-metre high suspension bridge between the monument’s east and west pillars.

The bridge is 40 metres long, fully netted, and made up of more than 25,000 mesh panels. Below is a preview of the experience.

Perched just above the first floor at 60 metres high, the bridge connects the tower’s north and south pylons.

It’s free to visit for all ticket holders, though it can only be accessed by up to four people at any one time. To secure your place, scan one of the on-site QR codes (which you’ll find near the attraction, on the terrace, and inside the Ferrié Pavilion’s cafe) and book a slot which falls within the next hour.

Recommended: Paris is getting the world’s first museum dedicated to sculptor Giacometti.

More about the Eiffel Tower

Love it or loathe it (like many Parisians reportedly do), no one can deny the indisputable and continual relevance of the Eiffel Tower.

France remains the world’s most-visited country, and this landmark is its most-visited attraction, welcoming more than 7 million visitors every year. In fact, it’s the current holder of the Guinness World Record for the most paid-for monument on the planet.

📍 Check out ’s ranking of the best things to do in Paris.

Plus: These are officially Europe’s best cities in 2026.
