It may make no sense to you that someone is being obstructive for no good reason but this is one of those occasions when logic has no part to play in events. Accept that they are beyond persuasion and do what you must do without them.
TAURUS (April 21 – May 21):
You have never been the sort to run away from your troubles but you can see that a friend or loved one is trying to do just that and they could obviously do with some assistance. Explain to them why they must face up to the truth.
GEMINI (May 22 – June 21):
The fact that your options for action are limited may be frustrating but it could also be helpful in that it will force you to focus on the one thing that matters more than anything else. You do have a tendency to avoid what needs to be done.
CANCER (June 22 – July 23):
Identify your No. 1 priority and focus on it between now and the weekend. Mercury in your sign makes it easy for you to see the path you should be taking but putting one foot in front of the other will take some serious effort.
LEO (July 24 – Aug. 23):
Your desire to be in control of events may have been undermined by yesterday’s full moon but over the next 48 hours or so you can and you must reassert your authority. The people around you won’t resent it because they desperately need a leader.
VIRGO (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):
This week’s full moon will continue to disrupt your schedule and cause you to change your plans but it’s no big deal and by this time tomorrow the worst will be past. Stay calm and refuse to let anything get to you, even very stupid people.
LIBRA (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):
You can be a bit easygoing at times and there is a danger you could let friends and family members get away with stuff they should really be criticized for. If you don’t crack the whip now it will be much harder to do so later on.
SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):
Something in your life seems a bit unbalanced at the moment, thanks in no small part to yesterday’s full moon, but it will even itself out between now and the weekend. You don’t have to force the issue, you just have to be patient.
SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):
Your professional standing will be under the spotlight today but with Venus moving through the career area of your chart you can be sure that employers and workmates will like what they see. Your effortless brilliance will seriously impress them.
CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):
An old way of doing things will come to an end over the next few days, to be almost immediately replaced by a new way. Don’t try to hold on to the past, because the future is going to be so much more exciting for you.
AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):
The world may be a competitive place but you don’t have to treat it like an ongoing battle. The message of the stars today is that you need to be more laidback in your dealings with other people, most of whom are just like you.
PISCES (Feb. 20 – Mar. 20):
There have been some major disruptions in your life in recent weeks but none of them were so enormous that you had to change your long-term plans. Make it your priority today to catch your breath while the world comes back into focus.
