IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY

A Mars-Jupiter link on your birthday will endow you with huge self-belief and encourage you to push yourself to the limit both physically and mentally. But don’t overdo it and move so far out of your safety zone that you can never get back.

If something you have been working on is beginning to frustrate you because of its lack of progress maybe you should leave it alone for a bit and do something else. You may find you have been working on the wrong thing all along.

There has been so much chaos and confusion in recent weeks that you would enjoy a period of calm and that can be arranged. All you have to do is stop arguing, or even associating, with people whose negativity rubs you up the wrong way.

You may not have much enthusiasm for what you have to do today but the planets warn you have no choice in the matter. Having made various claims you must now live up to them. Next time, don’t talk yourself into a corner.

CANCER (June 22 – July 23):

Jupiter in your sign makes you intensely aware of all the unfairness in the world and because of that you may clash with someone who appears not to care about other people’s pain. Let them know what it’s like to be on the receiving end.

As one of the zodiac’s fire signs you don’t mind a bit of noise but you may find that your eardrums need a rest today. Either invest in a good pair of headphones or steer clear of people who love the sound of their own voice.

A new idea will excite you today but don’t rush into making it your number one plaything because it may not be as great as you seem to think it is. Avoid wishful thinking and look at it from a purely logical perspective.

Mars in your opposite sign is at odds with Jupiter, planet of excess, so it’s likely that you will clash with someone who cannot be reasoned with. They won’t change their ways, so there is no point in you getting annoyed. Avoid them if you can.

If a project is not making the kind of progress you expected just put it aside for a while. Chances are the only reason it seems so tough is because you have been pushing too hard and too soon. Take a break and let it mature.

Mars in the most dynamic area of your chart makes you a real go-getter, but not everyone is as ambitious as you, so you will need to make allowances for those who think and act at a more sedate pace. That’s almost everyone!

In the long-term all change is good but what changes over the next few days will make you wish you had not made a hasty decision. Stop feeling sorry for yourself and find ways to make this latest change pay off for you personally.

By all means argue your case forcefully today but don’t get carried away to the extent that you bully people into accepting that you alone know best. Not only is it bad manners but what occurs later in the week may prove you wrong.

Jupiter’s influence makes you believe that even the most challenging of events can be overcome, but something very simple, such as a lack of cash, could hold you back today. Maybe you should look for cheaper ways to reach your goals.
