January is coming to an end. We made it through snowstorms, extremely cold temperatures, and the post-holiday blues. You know what that means. Time to reward ourselves with some fun. This weekend is going to be a good one. What better way to start February than with a good time?

Here are 10 of the best things to do this weekend in Toronto.

Looking to make some home or yard improvements in 2026?

The Home and Backyard Show is on this weekend, a perfect place to start your house planning.

When: Friday, Jan. 30 to Sunday, Feb. 1, 2026
Where: International Centre Hall 2 – 6900 Airport Rd.
Cost: $15 per adult ($13 per child or senior)

A live, intimate, candle-lit music experience you won’t want to miss out on.

With music provided by the Casa Loma Symphony Orchestra, this is a great idea for date night.

When: Friday, Jan. 30 to Sunday, Feb. 1, 2026
Where: Casa Loma – 1 Austin Terrace
Cost: $70 per ticket

This is the last weekend for DesignTO in Toronto — one of the biggest art festivals.

Check out exhibits, installations, and shows across the city; there are plenty of stops.

APIK is bringing ski and snowboard competitions, snowskate demos and lessons, DJ sets, and partying all weekend long.

Canada’s largest festival for tea lovers will bring over 40 vendors to the city on Saturday and Sunday.

Where: Toronto Reference Library, Appel Salon, second floor, 789 Yonge St.
Cost: $25+ per ticket

“Come sip your way through the best Ontario beers, ciders, and spirits, play ridiculous games, and dance like nobody’s watching at our silent disco,” shares Toronto I Heart Beer Festival.
