IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY

Anyone who thinks you are too timid to strike out on your own will be proved totally wrong over the coming year. A Pisces new moon, plus the influence of changes planet Uranus, will empower you to do magical things.

ARIES (March 21 – April 20):

The time is approaching when you will get the chance to make amends for recent failures and show the world you are still a force to be reckoned with. Use the Pisces new moon to draw a line under the past, then stride confidently into the future.

TAURUS (April 21 – May 21):

As well as a new moon there is a fine link today between the sun and changes planet Uranus, which will give you the confidence to strike out in a new direction. Your willingness to take chances will surprise everyone, including yourself.

GEMINI (May 22 – June 21):

Reach out and seize the rewards and applause you know you deserve. Don’t worry about getting on the wrong side of your employer or your rivals because it is only by being forceful that they are going to take you seriously. Stir things up a bit.

CANCER (June 22 – July 23):

The efforts you made in recent weeks will begin to bear fruit with the new moon in your fellow water sign of Pisces. You are entitled to feel pleased with yourself but don’t dwell on your successes. There are more battles ahead.

LEO (July 24 – Aug. 23):

If you start something of a business nature today it could turn out to be one of the best money-spinning ventures you have ever come up with. If you follow your instincts and always give 100 per cent the financial benefits could be huge.

VIRGO (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

Any fears you have that a partner or colleague cannot be trusted will be banished today as they do something for you that proves their loyalty beyond reasonable doubt. Make good use of their friendship but don’t let them in on all your secrets.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

The message of the stars now is that you must find ways to lessen the heavy load you’ve been carrying. That should be a lot easier to do when the sun moves into the partnership area of your chart on Friday. Until then, just chill.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

The more you desire something over the next 24 hours the easier it will be to get it. Scorpio is the most passionate sign of the zodiac and willpower alone will take you far, but with the new moon on your side you can go all the way.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

If someone reaches out to you for assistance today you must not turn your back on them. Even if they caused you problems in the past you can see that their need is genuine and it’s not in your nature to be vindictive.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

Your ability to get along with all sorts of people will come in useful today, especially when dealing with those who seem to delight in taking a contrary point of view to everyone else. If anyone can find a middle ground, you can.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

There can be no half measures today: if you make a decision it must be a final decision and one you are willing to see through to the end. Deep down you may have a few doubts but the planets indicate you can safely ignore them.

PISCES (Feb. 20 – Mar. 20):

So many things have gone right for you in recent weeks but there is more to come thanks to the new moon in your sign. If you double your efforts over the next 24 hours the rewards will come back to you many times over.
