Corinthia Hotels has signed an agreement with ShiLong Industry Co and The Geminus Group to open Corinthia Chengdu, a hotel and branded residences project in Chengdu’s Gaoxin District, with an expected opening in 2032.

Corinthia Chengdu will be located at the intersection of Tianfu Avenue and Tianfu First Street in the Gaoxin District, adjacent to Gui Xi urban park. The project will occupy a new 225-meter mixed-use tower and will include approximately 150 hotel rooms and suites, as well as 60 branded residences. The development is part of a master plan currently under construction in the city’s South Central Activity Zone, with a total investment of approximately RMB 4.0 billion.
