Auberge Collection has announced plans for The Stockman, a new resort and residences development at the base of Steamboat Resort in Steamboat Springs. The project is scheduled to break ground in 2026, with an opening planned for 2030. The nine-story property will be located at 1965 Ski Time Square Drive.
The Stockman will feature 59 guest rooms and suites, along with 95 private residences. The residences will range from one to five-bedroom mountain homes and will be offered furnished.
