Anchor Construction has started work as the general contractor on the AC Hotel by Marriott CityCentre Houston, a six-story, 153-room hotel located at 10752 Town and Country Way in West Houston. The $19 million project, led by PA Hospitality and designed by DLR Group, spans approximately 85,810 square feet.
The hotel will feature a pool, bar, fitness center, meeting space, and contemporary guest accommodations for both business and leisure travelers. Delivery is anticipated in late 2027.
Anchor Construction has been involved since preconstruction, working with ownership and project partners on budgeting, scheduling, logistics, and constructability planning. The hotel will be located within CityCentre, which includes office, retail, dining, and entertainment offerings.
